Athena Xian (冼峻) is the Managing Director of China Telecom (Europe) Ltd. (CTE). She first joined CTE in December 2013 as Deputy General Manager and served as Vice President of China Telecom Global from 2018 to 2024, where she was responsible for global network development, operations, and service enhancement.
Athena has over 30 years of extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, with deep expertise in fixed broadband, mobile communications, submarine cable construction, platform integration, and market promotion. She has held key leadership positions in various sectors of China Telecom’s domestic and international markets, including marketing, sales management, network development, maintenance, and service operations.

Yimeng Liu
Yimeng Liu (刘伊朦) is the Deputy Managing Director of China Telecom (Europe) Ltd. and also serves as the General Manager of the UK Business Unit.
With over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Yimeng Liu has developed extensive front-line market expertise across both enterprise and consumer business segments. He has led multiple provincial-level ICT systems integration and cloud platform development projects in China, while also bringing management experience from the software development sector. Drawing on this broad experience, he has developed strong capabilities in market expansion, project management, team leadership, and overall business operations.

Dongmei Zhang（张冬梅）, Deputy Managing Director of China Telecom (Europe) Limited (CTE), is responsible for leading Chinese Enterprise Sales across Europe and providing comprehensive solutions to all channels. Zhang has been working in the telecommunications industry since 1994, focusing on the European market for over a decade.
She has abundant experience in go to market strategy, business development, product development, project management and risk management. Her expertise and customer centric approach have enabled CTE to achieve continuous market success.
